Gastronommy TV: Interview with André Terrail [video]

Last month, I published a piece by André Terrail, the third generation owner of the famous Michelin-starred La Tour D'Argent Paris.  Here is our video interview with him.  We discuss his experience in Singapore as a student at INSEAD, his feelings about Disney Pixar's film Ratatouille (La Tour D'Argent partially inspired this movie),the future in Asia and what's in store back in France.
